Sunset over the Arizona desert near Mesa

You’ve poured yourself into everyone else’s world for years.

You are competent. That was never the question. You have cared for others, held a career, shown up for your community, and kept a great many people standing. You are very good at it.

What you may have lost contact with is yourself. What you like. What you do not like. What brings you joy. What you used to dream about. Which boundaries once protected you. Which decisions were ever actually yours.

You may be tired in a way that sleep does not fix. Your body may hurt. Your mind may feel fuzzy. You may notice that you are living on automatic and cannot remember choosing it.

You do not need a quick fix. You need enough time and enough safety to hear yourself again.

We begin with a different question

What is your heart and body telling you?

Most places ask how you are doing, and most of us have an answer ready that means nothing. This question is harder, and it is the one we ask first. You are welcome to answer it honestly. Frustrated. Sad. Tired. Anxious. Numb. Unsure.

Nobody will rush to fix it. We will listen, and offer you space to return to your truest self.

What Solstave means

Solstave comes from two words. Solstice, the sacred turning point when the sun appears to stand still before entering a new season. And Ave, a Latin blessing meaning hail, greetings, be well.

Together they name a season of life. The turning point where striving gives way to knowing, where self-doubt yields to self-acceptance, and where you stand in the fullness of your light and welcome yourself home.

Soul care before body care

Solstave is a wellness center that focuses on the soul. Integrated mind, body and soul matters here, and you will receive it. The experience begins with the person, not the treatment. Time is offered to reconnect and breathe.

How a day at Solstave works

1. Arrive and exhale

You come in, you sit down, you are handed a cup of tea. We walk the property slowly. Nothing is scheduled to the minute.

2. Be heard

A soul check-in with the owner. Questions that ask you to look inward, and long pauses so you have time to find the answer. You already carry it.

3. Be cared for

Personalized body care in the spa, shaped by what came up in the check-in and delivered by licensed practitioners.

Choose how much space you need today

Remember

Two hours

A gentle beginning. Breathe out, be seen, and remember what your heart already knows. Recommended if this is your first visit.

Return

Three hours

Room to slow down, go deeper, and return to the parts of yourself you set aside.

Rise

Six hours

A full day, restoring the connection between soul and body, so you leave grounded in your own sovereignty.

Remember who you are. Return to yourself. Rise in your sovereignty.

the property

An acre and a quarter that has been holding people for years

Solstave sits on a private property in Mesa, Arizona, with mature trees, lush grass, a citrus grove, and gardens grown over decades. A fountain named for a grandmother. Twenty-nine planters built by hand. Four ash trees, one for each of the owner's children. A treehouse. A memory garden.

This was a home built so that people would know they had somewhere to belong. It still is. The land is part of what you are coming for.

Sovereignty. Authority over your own life.

This is not about becoming someone new. You are not a project. It is about reconnecting with the person who was already here: your dreams, your joy, your boundaries, your choices.

You do not have to have it all figured out before you arrive. You have always known.

Are you ready to remember?

Start with Remember, our two hour introduction to soul and body care. Or call first if you would rather talk to a person before you book. Both are good ways to begin.
